There are many combination of graces / set bonus u can combine to make a proper builds viable for beating the game. Examples includes: omikane 7 tsukuyomi 6 onmyo spam. omikane 7 kato 6 ninjutsu spam. sarutahiko 7 magatsuhi 6 yokai ability yokai shift corruption. magatsuhi 7 susano 6 corruption focus melee. izanagi 7 susano 6 purity focus …plus while ninjas are cool and all, Nioh series style of ninjutsu is very resource dependant. of course its not insanely a chore like it is meeting Ninja requirements and fundamentals in FFXI, but I dunno if ninja is the way to go in Nioh 2. on top of that, I have yet to find a ninja outfit, most of the gear is samurai themed sorta.Of course it's easy to look back after playing through the game and go "Well of course you should have done X" But none of this is plainly obvious. Related Topicsi have a ninja build but after trying kunai i gave up. instead turn to the feathers ninjutsu skills, those are more effective but can run low in supply if you don't have high untouched ninjutsu. tried to use either kusa or tonfa as weapon as those 2 can give fast DPS and break enemy ki easily. especially kusa with the winter dawn skill, it can kill off enemy ki super fast. A Ninjutsu build will always be very fragile, and even tank builds are dying in a few hits at best. Just get used to the damage and rely on using Quick-Change Scrolls properly. Don't forget they get reloaded along with Kunai and such when you have used Living Weapon thanks to the Iga Set bonus.
